Abstract:
A tofu production device (1) comprises a cutting device (20), a pack covering device (30), an inverting device (40), a packing water supply unit (80), and a packaging machine (70). The tofu production device (1) further comprises: a first surface inspection device (90) that inspects at least the top surface of tofu (T3) conveyed between the cutting device (20) and the pack covering device (30), said top surface becoming the bottom surface in a pack (P) when the tofu (T3) is stored in the pack (P); and a second surface inspection device (95) that inspects the surface of the tofu (T3) stored in the pack (P) and conveyed between the inverting device (40) and the packing water supply unit (80), said surface being on the opposite side of the bottom surface. As a result, the top surface and the bottom surface of the tofu can be inspected highly accurately and tofu of good appearance without an adhering foreign matter can be produced.
