A toilet bowl for private parts washing and seat ring disinfection, comprising a toilet bowl, a seat ring, a private parts washing device, a seat ring disinfection device and a control circuit. The private parts washing device is provided with an inlet valve, a rotary disk valve, a pump, and sprayers for anus and pudendum, etc. The seat ring disinfection device is provided with a supply tank, a rotation gear for the seat ring, a water supply and drainage device, and an ultraviolet sterilization device, etc. The sprayers for anus and pudendum consist of an outer tube, an inner tube, a nozzle, and a casing. A perforate is provided in the end face of the casing and through which the necking of the outer tube passes. An annular gap connecting with the perforates in the outer tube is formed between the inner wall of the outer tube and the outer wall of the necking, thus the self-washing, i.e. to wash off the feces dropped on the nozzle, is achieved as well as washing the anus and the pudendum, and the multi usage of the sprayers is also achieved. In addition, the structure of the seat ring disinfection device is fully improved so as to apply washing, drying, and ultraviolet sterilization to the seat ring in cooperation with the private parts washing, and the hygiene of the seat ringsused in public is ensured.
