The present invention addresses the problem of providing a toilet cleaning agent container that is disposed in a toilet bowl for a western-style toilet or the like that flushes by way of a vortex (tornado method), wherein the agent can be dissolved to be a suitable concentration and the container itself is stain resistant. This cleaning agent container for toilets has the following structure. A cleaning agent container disposed on a wall face inside a tornado method toilet bowl comprises: one or more cleaning water inlets on the side face of the side where the container is disposed in the toilet; one or more cleaning water outlets on the top face of the container; one or more agent outlets on the bottom face of the container; and one or more spacers on the side face of the container. In addition, this cleaning agent container has two or more spaces separated by a partitioning plate, and at least one space is an agent dissolving chamber and at least one space is a cleaning water flow rate regulating chamber. A portion of the partitioning plate can be provided with an opening for linking the cleaning water flow rate regulating chamber and the agent dissolving chamber, and the cleaning water inlet can have a guiding plate for the cleaning water.
