Abstract:
Provided are a toilet control method and a toilet. The toilet control method comprises the following steps: S1, controlling a range radar to perform detection in a preset first distance range; S2, when a person is detected, controlling a toilet lid to be opened, and switching the range radar to a preset second distance range for detection, wherein the second distance range is less than the first distance range; S3, starting a graphene heating assembly to start heating when the person is detected again; and S4, when it is detected that the person leaves the toilet, turning off the graphene heating assembly, and switching the range radar to the preset first distance range for detection. Instant heating of a toilet seat may be achieved by means of combination between the range radar and graphene heating, and since a graphene layer has very good heat conduction performance, the toilet seat can maintain a temperature making the person feel comfortable only when a user goes to the toilet, the temperature of the toilet seat is uniform, and the user experience is good.
