Abstract:
Provided is a technology which detects the occurrence of an anomaly, such as a lost item, in a toilet booth and notifies a user. This toilet management system is provided with: an entry/exit detection unit which detects the entry of a user into a toilet booth and the exit of the user from the toilet booth; a photography unit which captures an image in the toilet booth; an anomaly determination unit which, by comparing a pre-entry image captured by means of the photography unit before the entry of the user with an after-exit image captured by means of the photography unit after the exit of the user, determines the occurrence of an anomaly on the basis of a difference between the pre-entry image and the after-exit image; and a display control unit which, if it has been determined that the anomaly has occurred, causes a display device installed outside the toilet booth to display a reporting image reporting the anomaly.
