Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a toilet roll that includes activated carbon. [Solution] A toilet roll manufacturing method comprises: a step for applying an activated-carbon-containing ink that includes activated carbon, an aqueous pigment, and an acrylic resin on at least one surface of paper tube base sheet; a step for forming the paper tube base sheet into a cylindrical shape; and a step for winding toilet paper base sheet onto the cylindrically shaped sheet.
