Abstract:
This invention provides a toilet seat that can be produced with increased yield by disposing the contact part of a seat front member and a seat back member in a position where post-processing can be easily performed. Provided is a toilet seat 1 comprising: a seat front member 30 and a seat back member 40, which have an opening 20 formed in the center section; a contact section 50 formed by welding the seat front member 30 to the seat back member 40; and a post-processed surface 60 formed by post-processing the contact section 50. The seat front member 30 has a seat front section 11 and a seat front side guard section 31, the seat back member 40 has a seat back section 12 and a seat back side guard section 41, and the contact section 50 is formed on the contact surface of the tip end section of the seat front side guard section 31 and the tip end section of the seat back side guard section 41.
