Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a light source; a modulator that modulates light; a frequency shifter; a reference reflector that reflects light; an optical path length changing unit that changes an optical path length; a measurement system detection unit including a first light detector and a first AD converter; a reference system detection unit including a second light detector and a second AD converter; a demodulator; and an analysis unit. The first light detector receives input of: light that has been reflected/scattered by an object to be measured; and light that has been reflected by the reference reflector through the frequency shifter and subjected to a change in optical path length by the optical path length changing unit. The second light detector receives input of: light that has been reflected by the reference reflector; and light that has been reflected by the reference reflector through the frequency shifter. The analysis unit analyzes a signal output by the demodulator and calculates the position of a reflection point of the object to be measured.
