Abstract:
This toner for electrostatic latent image development comprises multiple toner particles containing a binder resin. The binder resin has an amide bond and an ester bond. In an FT-IR spectrum, of a toner, obtained by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, the proportion of the area of a peak derived from C=O stretching and contraction in the amide bond with respect to the area of a peak derived from C=O stretching and contraction in the ester bond is 0.00010-0.02000. The storage elastic modulus of the toner at the temperature of 80ºC is 3.5×104-5.0×104 Pa. The storage elastic modulus of the toner at the temperature of 120ºC is 1.0×103-1.0×104 Pa. The storage elastic modulus of the toner at the temperature of 150ºC is 1.0×103-1.0×104 Pa.
