Abstract:

　A toner contains a plurality of toner particles having a core and a shell layer formed on the surface of the core. The shell layer contains a thermoset resin. The average circularity of the toner particles is 0.960-0.980, and the difference between the average circularity of the toner particles and the 50% circularity of the toner particles is 0.010 or less. In a case where the suitability of the toner is to be determined, the toner is determined to be good when the average circularity of the toner particles is 0.960-0.980, and the difference between the average circularity of the toner particles and the 50% circularity of the toner particles is 0.010 or less.
