Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a toner seal material which, in an image forming device such as a laser printer, a copy machine, and a multi-function machine, or similar electronic devices, closely contacts the surface of a rotating member including a photosensitive drum, a developing roller, and a fixing roller or closely contacts the surface of an opening for supplying and discharging toner, and implements the prevention of toner leakage and scraping of the residual toner. [Solution] This toner seal material 1 is mainly composed of a non-woven sheet 2 which has a thickness of 0.1-1.0 mm and in which high-density polyethylene fibers are dispersed by flash spinning, and then the fibers are joined to each other by heating and pressing, wherein a cushion layer 3 and an adhesive layer 5 are additionally provided on the lower surface of said non-woven sheet.
