Abstract:
Disclosed is a system of tongue-and-groove wooden floor boards in a variety of odd shapes provided with tongues (2) and grooves on their sides. Shapes of said wooden floor boards (1, 3-21) include triangles, rectangles, squares, lozenges, parallelograms, trapezoids, regular polygons, random polygons, circles, fan-shapes, arcs and curves. Several of said variously-shaped tongue-and-groove wooden floor boards (1, 3-21) can be combined in patterned subassemblies (A-H) which can be combined in a wooden floor; alternatively, said variously-shaped tongue-and-groove wooden floor boards can be directly combined to form regularly- or irregularly-patterned floors.
