Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tool bit for a drill bit, comprising a triangular pyramid, and wing blades extending from the pyramid surface of the triangular pyramid, wherein the included angle between adjoined wing blades is 120°, the tool bit is provided with an end surface used for connecting to a cutting rod, the end surface is orthogonal to ridge lines of the wing blades, the adjoined pyramid surfaces respectively connect to outer blade front surfaces and outer blade back surfaces, the three outer blade back surfaces and the three outer blade front surfaces are each a spiral, the outer blade front surfaces and the pyramid surface of the triangular pyramid are connected and located on the same plane. By means of arranging a triangular pyramid at the center of the tool bit, arranging outer blade front surfaces and outer blade back surfaces that are spirally-distributed on the wing blades, in the initial stage of drilling, a pyramid point of the solid triangular pyramid is used to find the target, once the spiral undergoes a few revolutions, the outer blade further expands a hole dug out by the triangular pyramid, the knife edge of the drill bit is distributed on the triangular pyramid and the wing blades, improving drilling effectiveness. Additionally, the triangular pyramid conducts vertical wall drilling, the outer blade of the wing blades pare down the inner wall of the drilled hole, and the tool bit is not easily worn down.
