Abstract:

A tool capable of rotating and locking a tool head (1) comprises a handle rod (5) and a tool head (1) mounted at the front end of the handle rod (5). An adjusting mechanism for adjusting or fixing a relative angle between the handle rod (5) and the tool head (1) is disposed therebetween. The adjusting mechanism comprises: a single support (4) provided with a first internal splined hole (13); a U-shaped support provided with a pair of symmetrically-disposed lug plates (3), a gap capable of exactly containing the single support (4) being formed between the two lug plates (3), and a second internal splined hole (12) and a third through hole (11) that are coaxial being formed in the two lug plates respectively; a pin shaft sequentially passing through the second internal splined hole (12), the first internal splined hole (13), and the third through hole (11) so that the single support (4) and the U-shaped support are connected to form a hinged structure. The pin shaft is provided with an external spline section (10), a polished shaft section (9), and a limiting knob section (8) that are sequentially disposed coaxially and integrally machined. The tool has low production process difficulty and high product yields, and jamming is not likely to happen.
