Abstract:
This tool device is provided with: an annular tool main body; a lip section having a primary lip and a secondary lip provided arranged in the axial direction at the inside of the tool main body; and an annular biasing member that is provided to the outer periphery of the lip section and that presses both the primary lip and secondary lip from the outer periphery in the radial direction towards a sealed member. The biasing member has a length in the axial direction that can press both the tip portion of the primary lip and the tip portion of the secondary lip from the outer periphery in the radial direction.
