Abstract:
A tool for flexible plastic pipe has a first handle having a first end and a second end. The first end functions as a hand grip and the second end has a first protruding truncated half pipe working portion. A second handle has a first end and a second end. The first end functions as a hand grip and the second end has a second protruding truncated half pipe working portion. A pivot member connects the first handle and the second handle.
