Abstract:
A tool for the finishing of valve seats and guides in a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine on a motor vehicle is disclosed, comprising a first section with at least one first cutter for working the valve seat and a second section with at least one second cutter for working the valve guide. The above is characterised in that, between the first section (5) and the second section (9), a separating point (13), comprising a taper (15) and a tapered recess (17) for housing the above, is provided.
