Abstract:
A tooth implantation guide plate (1) with provisional dental crown function, comprising a main body portion (11), at least a guide ring (13) and at least a depletable or removable flank portion (15); the main body portion (11) is movably arranged on a side of at least an adjacent tooth (93); the guide ring (13) is arranged on the main body portion (11) in a penetrating manner; the flank portion (15) is connected to the main body portion (11), extends outward and is propped against or attached to the adjacent tooth (93). The tooth implantation guide plate can "guide tooth implantation" or "be a provisional denture".
