Description:

Title: THE TOOTHBRUSH MOVING UP AND DOWN

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a toothbrush which is generally used

three times a day, and in particular to an improved toothbrush having up and

down movement functions in which a toothbrush handle is machined so as to

enhance a brushing efficiency of teeth, and it is possible to keep a toothbrush

cleaner.

Background Art

A conventional toothbrush is classified into a non-powered common

toothbrush, a powered toothbrush which rotates in a circular shape, and a

vibration toothbrush which has a vibration function. With the above toothbrush

types, an over force may be applied to tooth surfaces, so that a tooth brushing

effect is worse.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the

above-described conventional problems.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a toothbrush

having up and down movement functions in which a dentist's tooth brushing

recommendation is adapted, and a tooth brushing is performed from the upper

side to the lower side, and from the left side to the right side based on the

arrangement of teeth using a machine process, so that it is possible to

effectively brush teeth within a shorter time period more conveniently.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

The embodiments of the wheel chair according to the present invention

will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A hydraulic pump is driven using an electric motor for thereby

generating a hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic pressure of oil flowing a

hydraulic controller, a gauge and a vacuum tank is transferred to a toothbrush

device through an opening and closing valve and an inlet and outlet flexible

hose having a length of about 1.3m, so that a hydraulic motor is driven through

a toothbrush device speed level control valve.

The toothbrush device fixture reciprocates in the left and right directions

based on a pin shaft fixed at a crank in a toothbrush body fixing and

reciprocation shaft by receiving a rotational force of the hydraulic motor and the

low speed rotational force through a decelerator, and a toothbrush of half of a

brush is fixed at the fixture.

So as to minimize the motion of the toothbrush body, the angle is

designed to be at the fixing pin axis, and the left and right reciprocating distance

of the brush is adjusted based on the fixing pin point (if the distance is far, it is

distanced, and if the distance is shorter, it is shortened), and the left and right

reciprocating distance is adjusted by moving the original rotation shaft, the

reciprocating shaft and the fixing pin shaft.

The switch for controlling the hydraulic level control valve is moved to a

portion in which a handling and control are easy, so that the level of the speed

can be adjusted.

For a four-member family, there are provided four toothbrush devices,

the design toothpaste loading is decreased from 6-7 touches to 1-2 touches so

as to prevent the confusion of the toothbrushes of the family, and ultraviolet

sanitary is enhanced, and a water cut rest is provided for thereby enhancing

convenience.

The toothpaste loading unit is designed in such a manner that for the

low speed rotation by the deceleration gear, the transfer roller rotates at an

outer gear of the roller, and a pair of gears are engaged at the opposite side,

and the opposite roller is reverse rotated, so that the toothpaste provided in the

reverse posture is discharged.

The toothpaste lid is separately installed, and the hydraulic valve switch

is opened immediately before the operation using a hand back pedal, so that

the toothpaste is discharged using the switch.

A forward and backward lever is adapted to the deceleration gear of the

loading device.

The forward movement (used when the toothpaste is loaded)

The backward movement (used when the toothpaste is exchanged)

The valve switch hole is formed in a rectangular shape, not in a circular

shape so that the hydraulic motor speed of the toothbrush device can be freely

adjusted.

The basic concept of the up and down movement toothbrush according

to the present invention is that the teeth are brushed from the upper side to the

lower side or from the lower side to the upper side based on the arrangement of

the teeth while complying with the recommendation of the dentists. Even adults

feel difficult to perform the above recommendation. In particular, the kids may

further feel difficult to brush the teeth based on the above recommendation, so

that the inner sides of the teeth may not be properly brushed. In order to

overcome the above problems, the circulation motion of the motor is changed

into the reciprocating motion, and the above motion is transferred to the

toothbrush through the toothbrush fixture, so that it is possible to brush teeth

from the upper side to the lower side or from the lower side to the upper side,

whereby the upper and lower teeth may be concurrently brushed.

As shown in Figure 2, the toothbrush body and the machine operation

part are separated, so that the exchange of the toothbrush is easy.

When the brush is over used, the toothbrush body is changed, so that

another family member may use the same.

A circular curve is formed about the fixing pin point of the toothbrush

body, and the operation distance of the brush is about 2.5 cm in radius from the

fixing pin point, and the center angle is about 60 degree corresponding to 1/6

circle, so that the adult may use longer one based on the size of teeth, and the

kids may use shorter one based on the size of teeth.

When storing the toothbrush, the electronic opening and closing switch

may be installed at each unit, so that when the toothbrush is used, the motor is

operated, and when storing the same, the motor is automatically stopped.

Here, concerning the speed of the operation, the speed of the hydraulic

motor is adjusted using the hydraulic valve switch, so that the kids may use at

the lower speed, and the adults may use at the higher speed while allowing the

device to operate 3-4 times per second.

Industrial Applicability

The manual type toothbrush or a circular rotation toothbrush, a vibration

type toothbrush may apply over force to the skins of teeth, and the teeth should

be brushed from one tooth, so that too much time is needed, and the brushing

effect is not good. One side of each tooth should be brushed several times, and

it is not easy to move a wrist, so that the teeth brushing is not properly

performed. However, the up and down movement toothbrush according to the

present invention overcomes the above problems in such a manner that a

reciprocating operation is performed by using a machine force within a certain

distance, so that the force applied to the skins of teeth and gum is minimized,

and the upper and lower teeth are concurrently brushed based on the

arrangement of teeth. So, it is possible to more effectively brush within a short

time period.

Actually, for even adults, it is not easy to brush the inner sides of the

teeth. In this matter, the kinds may feel so difficult to brush the same. The up

and down movement toothbrush according to the present invention overcomes

these problems.

The present invention may be a new electronic product with its rarity. All

people on the earth may use the present invention, and the mass consumption

is expected. It is sure that the present invention may help improving the health

of people.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without

departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be

understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the

details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather

should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the

appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within

the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds

are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
