Description:
Toothbrush for single use Sphere of technology The technical solution concerns the toothbrush for single use with toothpaste dispenser.

State of technology up to now Most toothbrushes both without toothpaste dispenser or combined are intended for longer usage. WO 95/17116 describes the toothbrush t-or single use with simple usual form and with usual hair ; a portion of the toothpaste is putting on the free end of the hair. The set of toothbrushes is packed in vacuum closed parts in the common package. The utility model CZ 9129 describes the toothbrush for single use with separable head created as monolithic plastic casting including the hair embedded in the protective packing together with small toothpaste tube.

Known toothbrushes for single use are not large with respect to the purpose intended and with regard to the packing in sets but they require iarger package due to the toothpaste portion.

Snbstance of the technical solution The toothbrush for single use with toothpaste dispenser in its case and with the toothpick in its holder is spatiaily more economical. Its head and holder are provided with the same circular cross-section. The head of the toothbrush, at the end of the toothbrush rounded, is equipped with hair advantageously spirally arranged, which can be in the same length, or the length thereof can be shorter towards the rounded end of the head, or the length thereof can be longer towards the end of the head. The head of the toothbrush can be also equipped with three parallel lines of hair, which are equally distributed around the circumference and alternately offset. The free end of the toothbrush holder is provided with coaxial recess where the toothpick is inserted. The head of the toothbrush is with the part of holder inserted in the tubular case ; a flat ciip, advantageously coarsened, can tie up with the blind end thereof. The toothbrush is secured in the case against the displacement with at least two transversal ribs placed on the holder; the ribs fit in the corresponding slots in the case. Part of the space in the case marked off with the slots and blanking is filled with the toothpaste.

The toothbrushes can be packed separately in the airproof packing or advantageously in sets in such manner that each of them is airtight closed in the separable part in the common package.

Survey of pictures in the drawing The technical solution is defined by means of drawings; there is a schematic view of the toothbrush with cylindrical head in the picture 1, the head is equipped with spirally arranged hair in the same length ; there is a schematic view of the toothbrush head equipped with the spirally arranged hair, which length is shorter towards the end of the head in the picture 2; there is a schematic view of the toothbrush head equipped with spirally arranged hair, which length is longer towards the end of the head in the picture 3; there is a schematic view of the toothbrush head equipped with parallel lines of hair in the same length in the picture 4; there is a schematic view of the toothbrush case in the picture 5 ; there is a schematic view of the longitudinal section of the toothbrush inserted in the case in the picture 6.

Examples of design Example 1 The toothbrush 1 for single use, according to pictures I, 5, and 6, consists of the holder 2 with circular cross-section, which passes to the head the same cross-section and rounded at its end. The head of the toothbrush 1 is equipped with spirally arranged hair 4 in the same length. The holder 2 is provided in tne distance of the head 3 with three transversal ribs 7 and in the end of the holder is made a coaxial recess r where the toothpick ci is inserted. The head 3of the toothbrush 1 is with part of the holder equipped with three ribs inserteå in the elastic blind tubular case 8 provided with three slots S in such manner that the ribs 7 and the slots S form a lock to prevent the displacement of the holder 2. At the same time, this lock closes part of the case w where the toothpaste portion i is put. To facilitate removal of the toothbrush j from the case s, a flat clip 10 with coarsened surface is connected to the blind end of the case 8.

Example 2 The head 3 of the toothbrush 1, according to picture 2, is equipped with spirally arranged hair 4, which length is shorter towards the rounded end of the head 3. Such arrangement enables better access of the head 3 of the toothbrush 1 into the oral cavity.

Example 3 The head 3 of the toothbrush 1, according to picture 3, is equipped with spirally arranged hair 4, which length is longer towards the rounded end of the head 3. Such arrangement enables better access of the hair 4 to the tooth gaps.

Example 4 The head 3 of the toothbrush 1, according to picture 4, is equipped with three parallel, alternatively offset lines of hair 4 in the same length. Such arrangement forms seemingly two- level surface of the hair on the head 3 of the toothbrush 1 increasing the efficiency of the cleaning.

The toothbrush for single use, with toothpick inserted in its holder and with toothpaste portion safely closed in its own case, is spatially very economical. It is possible to pack the toothbrushes individually, preferably in airproof packing, or in sets in separable parts of the common package.

Industrial utilitv Space-saving, easy transportable toothbrushes for single use with toothpaste dispenser are suitable for oral hygiene after every meal, especially when being away from house. Further, the construction thereof can be used as cleaning tool for other purposes as well.
