Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a toothbrush that provides an improved sense of cleaning. Provided is a toothbrush that has a brush body (20) that comprises two or more tufts of not-flat-wire-implanted bristles that are provided to a head part (14). The brush body (20) has a center tuft (30) and a peripheral tuft (40) that is separated from the center tuft (30). The center tuft (30) has one or more center tuft slits (36) that are linear non-bristle-implantation areas that do not have bristles. The center tuft slits (36) are at least one type of slit selected from among slits with ends and slits without ends. When the center tuft slits include a slit with ends, at least one end of the slit with ends is blocked by the center tuft (30) or the peripheral tuft (40).
