Abstract:
Disclosed is a toothed-roller-type automatic cotton opener, comprising a cotton opening mechanism and a delivery mechanism for feeding a bale of cotton into the cotton opening mechanism, wherein the cotton opening mechanism comprises a box (3) with an inlet (1) and an outlet (2), and a toothed roller (4) rotatably arranged inside the box (3); and the bottom of the toothed roller (4) is fitted to the bale of cotton fed into the box (3), and is driven to rotate. Bales of cotton are consecutively delivered to the box (3) by the delivery mechanism, so as to facilitate the loading of the bales of cotton, and realize continuous processing. The cotton opening action of the bales of cotton is performed in a closed environment to prevent cotton powder from spilling out, and the outlet (2) is provided in the box (3), such that a refined cotton pulverizer can directly suck fluffed cotton fibers using the negative pressure thereof after same is butt-jointed with the outlet (2). Using the rotating toothed roller (4) to open and fluff the bale of cotton improves the fluffiness of cotton fibers, thereby greatly improving the processing efficiency and quality.
