Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To solve problems in a conventional top board with a handrail wherein visually handicapped persons cannot know the positions of a handrail part and a bowl and a faucet for washing since a top board body and the handrail part are formed of a uniform flat surface. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the first invention, this top board with the handrail comprises the top board body having a bowl mounting part for mounting the bowl for washing and the handrail part. The handrail part is formed of a through hole formed at the leading edge part of the top board body, and a waved portion is formed on the top board body leading edge part side of the through hole. In the second invention, this top board with the handrail described in the first invention is so formed that the handrail part is so disposed that the bowl mounting part is disposed on the bottom side of the handrail part as viewed from the top board body leading edge part side.
