Abstract:
A top-emission OLED device, a preparation method and a display panel. The OLED device comprises a substrate (1), an anode layer (2), an organic functional layer (3), a cathode layer (4) and an auxiliary electrode layer (5), which are successively arranged. The auxiliary electrode layer (5) is arranged in a non-light emitting region of the cathode layer (4). The materials of the auxiliary electrode layer (5) are conductive. According to the invention, conductivity of the cathode layer (4) can be increased; voltage difference between the center and the edges of a screen is reduced; display effects are improved; light emitting regions are not blocked; and the display brightness of the light emitting regions is not affected.
