Abstract:
The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a top plate for a cooking device on which bacteria and mold do not readily proliferate. In order to solve the aforementioned technical problem, this top plate for a cooking device is characterized in being provided with a glass-ceramic substrate having a cooking surface on which cooking equipment is laid, and a decorative layer formed on the cooking surface, the decorative layer containing 30-100% by volume of ZnO-B2O3-type glass, and 0-70% by volume of a fire-resistant filler powder.
