Abstract:
Provided is a top plate, for cooking devices, which has excellent metallic appearance, is capable of contributing to improving design quality, and is less likely to cause cracking or flaking of a layer that contains a metallic pigment. This top plate for cooking devices is characterized by being provided with: a glass substrate 2 that has a cooking surface 2b on which a cooking device is placed and a back surface 2a located on the side opposite to the cooking surface 2b; a metallic layer 3 which is provided on the back surface 2a of the glass substrate 2 and which comprises a first metallic pigment; a first heat-resistant resin layer 4 which is provided on the metallic layer 3 and which comprises a second metallic pigment; and a second heat-resistant resin layer 5 which is provided on the first heat-resistant resin layer 4 and which comprises an inorganic pigment.
