Abstract:
The present invention relates to a topical composition for skin, a cosmetic composition or a mascara composition. The present invention can provide a topical composition for skin, a cosmetic composition or a mascara composition, having applied a functional polymer suitable for forming a film, which shows low solubility for polar and non-polar solvents and has less running properties for the solvents. The composition, which has the polymer applied thereto, can show resistance against various solvents such as sebum, sweat, tears and the like and thus enables makeup and the like to effectively last. Moreover, the composition comprises particular oil and/or wax and thus has excellent long-term storage stability and enables smooth application, effective lasting of makeup and the like and obtaining of excellent long-term stability and makeup effect.
