Abstract:
The present invention realizes a toric ocular lens having an edge whereby a lens conducive to preventing cataract can be designed without reducing the degree of freedom of lens design. The toric ocular lens according to the present invention is configured so that a substantially flat part in which the edge thickness of an optical part is substantially constant is provided so as to be superposed on the major meridian of a toric surface of the optical part in a top view of the optical part.
