A torque apparatus for medical equipment, which is fixedly connected to the tail end of the medical equipment. The torque apparatus comprises a torque input component (1) and a torque output component (2) which are connected to each other. One of the torque input component (1) and the torque output component (2) is provided with a main tooth (101). The main tooth (101) has a first tooth surface (102). When the torque input component (1) and the torque output component (2) are engaged in transmission with each other by means of the first tooth surface (102), the torque input component (1) may drive the torque output component (2) to rotate along a first direction so as to output a torque rotating along the first direction, which may then drive an active helical component on a leadless pacemaker or an electrode lead to screw into or out of a target tissue. Thus, the torque transmission structure is simplified, and the stability and reliability of torque transmission are improved. A medical equipment system is also related to.
