Abstract:

On the basis of the slip rate for the drive wheels, a torque distribution device generates an efficiency change formula indicating efficiency values on an operation line indicating the relationship between the drive wheel rotational velocity and the torque in a motor efficiency map, and calculates the optimal efficiency torque value on the operation line of the efficiency change formula, and, on the basis of the slip rate, the total torque command value, and the optimal efficiency torque value, calculates the torque distribution values with respect to each motor such that the total efficiency is at the maximum during powering and during regeneration, and controls the distribution of torque for each motor.
