Abstract:
Provided are a torque gun (1) for applying torque and a battery swapping robot comprising same. The torque gun (1) applies torque to lock or unlock a locking member. The torque gun (1) comprises: a sleeve device, wherein an upper end of the sleeve device is connected with the locking member and can rotate to transmit torque to the locking member; a power device comprising an electric motor assembly (31) and a reducer assembly (32), wherein a power output end of the electric motor assembly (31) is in transmission connection with a power input end of the reducer assembly (32), and a power output end of the reducer assembly (32) is connected with a power input end of the sleeve device and is used to output power to drive the sleeve device to rotate; a preload device, wherein one end of the preload device abuts against the sleeve device and the other end thereof abuts against the power device, and the preload device is in a preloaded state and used to provide upward pre-tightening force for the sleeve device; and an outer housing (5), wherein a lower end of the outer housing (5) is connected to the power device, an upper end of the outer housing (5) is connected with the sleeve device, and an internal space of the outer housing (5) is used to accommodate a portion of the sleeve device and at least a portion of the power device.
