Abstract:
A torque limiting apparatus and a tolerance correction method therefor. The torque limiting apparatus comprises: a supporting frame (10), capable of rotating around an axis of rotation, wherein the supporting frame (10) comprises at least one hook portion (13) that at least partially extends in a radial direction; a pressure disc (20) and a liner plate (30), respectively capable of rotating around the axis of rotation; friction pieces (40, 60), configured to enable torque to be capable of being transferred between the liner plate (30) and the pressure disc (20) and/or the supporting frame (10) by means of the friction pieces (40, 60); and an elastic component (50), configured to apply an axial force between the supporting frame (10) and the pressure disc (20) when one end of the elastic component (50) abuts against the hook portion (13) of the supporting frame (10) in an axial direction and the other end of the elastic component (50) abuts against the pressure disc (20) in the axial direction, wherein one of the supporting frame (10) and the liner plate (30) is used for inputting the torque, and the other one of the supporting frame and the liner plate is used for outputting the torque, and the hook portion (13) of the supporting frame (10) is configured to be capable of being bent towards the pressure disc (20) in the axial direction so as to adjust the mounting location of the elastic component (50).
