Abstract:
Disclosed is a torque rod wherein at one end of a rod main body, there is provided a first bushing equipped with a mounting section which is mounted on either a vibration generating section or a vibration receiving section, and a main body elastic element which elastically connects together the mounting section and the rod main body, and wherein at the other end of the rod main body, there is provided a second bushing which is mounted on either the vibration generating section or the vibration receiving section, whichever is other than the one whereon the mounting section is mounted. This torque rod is such that there is provided a liquid filling mechanism which comprises a liquid chamber charged with filled liquid, and a liquid filling elastic element which forms a portion of the wall section of the liquid chamber; that the liquid chamber is partitioned into an auxiliary liquid chamber, and a main liquid chamber located on the liquid filling elastic element side; that in the liquid filling mechanism, there is formed a restricted passage which establishes communication between the main liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber; that a link section is protrusively provided in either the liquid filling elastic element or the first bushing; and that the tip of the link section is made to separably abut either the liquid filling elastic element or the first bushing, whichever is other than the one wherein the link section is provided.
