Abstract:
A torque sensor is provided with: a pedestal part (20, 70, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) that is secured to a rod-shaped metallic shaft (10) the strain of which is to be measured; an SAW-type strain detection element (40) that is disposed on the pedestal part (20, 70, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150), and detects the strain of the metallic shaft (10) via the pedestal part (20, 70, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150); and a securing part (30) that is disposed between the pedestal part (20, 70, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) and the strain detection element (40), and secures the strain detection element (40) to the pedestal part (20, 70, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150).
