Abstract:
A torque sensor for a steering device according to the present invention comprises: a magnet unit in which N and S poles are alternately arranged in a circle, and which is connected to a first rotary shaft and rotates ; an inner collector unit which inwardly faces the magnet unit and is connected to a second rotary shaft and rotates; an outer collector unit which is disposed on the outside of the inner collector unit, and has at least a portion of the area thereof overlapping the inner collector unit in an axial direction; and a magnetism sensing member for sensing a magnetic force collected in the outer collector unit through the inner collector unit, according to the relative rotational displacement between the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, wherein the area of overlap in the axial direction between the inner collector unit and the outer collector unit is 60-160 ㎟.
