The present invention relates to a torque sensor using an optical sensor, and a torque measurement device comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention is characterized by providing a torque sensor using an optical sensor, and a torque measurement device comprising the same, which allow a torque to be precisely calculated by measuring, using an optical sensor, the amount of deformation of an elastic body caused by the torque.
