Abstract:
A torque transfer structure for a constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft (10) and a hub bearing unit (20). The torque transfer structure comprises a constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft (10), a hub bearing unit (20) and a friction increasing washer (30), wherein the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft (10) comprises a shaft shoulder (11) and a shaft portion (12), which axially extends from an end of the shaft shoulder (11); the hub bearing unit (20) comprises a hub (21) and a rolling bearing (22), which is assembled on the periphery of the hub (21), the hub (21) has a hub matching barrel (211), and the hub matching barrel (211) is provided with a matching hole (212) matching the shaft portion (12); and the friction increasing washer (30) is compressed between an end surface of the shaft shoulder (11) and an end surface of the hub matching barrel (211). Torque between the shaft shoulder (11) of the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft (10) and the hub matching barrel (211) of the hub bearing unit (20) is transferred by providing the friction increasing washer (30), such that an end-surface spline structure is omitted, the structure and manufacturing process of the present invention are simplified, the weight of parts is reduced, and abnormal noise caused by relative sliding of contact surfaces between the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft (10) and the hub bearing unit (20) is eliminated.
