Claims

1. A torque transmission ring, consisting of ring (1) of rolling raceway (la), chain rack (2) and side flange (3), which is characterized in that the chain rack (2) is externally fixed to the ring (1) of rolling raceway (la), and the side flange (3) is externally attached to the ring (1) of roiling raceway (la).

2. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a chain rack (2), rigidly fixed to ring (1) of rolling raceway (la).

3. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), rigidly fixed to the ring (1) of rolling raceway (la).

4. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), fixed to the edge of the ring (1) of rolling raceway (la).

5. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), provided with fixing holes (4).

6. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), provided with fixing rods (5).

7. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a chain rack (2) with at least 20 and not more than 50 teeth.

8. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a chain rack (2), adapted for mating with bicycle chain.

9. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a ring (1) of rolling raceway (la) with internal diameter equal to at least 80mm and not more than 104mm.

10. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a ring (1) of rolling raceway (la) with external diameter equal to at least 81mm and not more than 105mm.

11. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3) with external diameter equal to at least 85mm and not more than 150mm.

12. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a chain rack (2) mounted at a distance of at least 3mm and not more than 15mm, from side flange (3).

1. The torque transmission nng, consisting of rolling raceway (la) ring (1), sprocket (2) and side flange (3), which is characterized in that the sprocket (2) is externally fixed to the rolling raceway (la) ring (l), and the side flange (3) is externally attached to the rolling raceway (la) ring (1), and the sprocket (2) has at least 20 and not more than 50 teeth.

2. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a sprocket (2), rigidly fixed to the rolling raceway (la) ring (1).

3. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), rigidly fixed to the rolling raceway (la) ring (1).

4. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), fixed to the edge of the rolling raceway (la) ring (1).

5. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), provided with fixing holes (4).

6. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3), provided with fixing rods (5).

7. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a sprocket (2), adapted for mating with bicycle chain.

8. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a rolling raceway (la) ring (1) with internal diameter equal to at least 80mm and not more than 104mm.

9. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a rolling raceway (la) ring (1) with external diameter equal to at least 81mm and not more than 105mm.

10. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a side flange (3) with external diameter equal to at least 85mm and not more than 150mm.

11. The torque transmission ring according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a sprocket (2) mounted at a distance of at least 3mm and not more than 15mm, from side flange (3).

Description:
Torque transmission ring

The subject of utility model is a torque transmission ring.

As known from patent description No US 533912, the ring with mounted on it rack, and which is provided with a rolling raceway mating with a gripping shafts. The ring is not fitted with a side flange. The ring known also from the patent description No US 4854191 is fitted with mounted on it a bicycle type chain rack. This ring is driven by gear wheel with internal teeth. The ring, within its inside, has neither a rolling raceway, nor is connected with side flange.

Purpose of developing the utility model is to obtain a stable operating element, transmitting a torque from rolling raceway, or side flange onto the bicycle type chain rack with reduced charring, which is ensured also under the effect of significant forces.

The subject of utility model is a torque transmission ring, consisting of rolling raceway ring, chain rack and side flange, which is characterized in that the chain rack is externally fixed to the rolling raceway ring, and the side flange is externally attached to the rolling raceway ring.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a chain rack, rigidly fixed to the rolling raceway ring.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a side flange, rigidly fixed to the rolling raceway ring.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a side flange, fixed to the edge of rolling raceway ring.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a side flange, provided with fixing holes.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a side flange, provided with fixing rods.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a chain rack with at least 20 and not more than 50 teeth.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a chain rack, adapted for mating with bicycle chain.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a rolling raceway ring with internal diameter equal to at least 80mm and not more than 104mm.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a rolling raceway ring with external diameter equal to at least 81mm and not more than 105mm.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a side flange with external diameter equal to at least 85mm and not more than 150mm.

It is preferable, that the torque transmission ring comprises a chain rack mounted at a distance of at least 3mm and not more than 15mm, from side flange.

The subject of utility model is shown in the drawing. n which: fig. 1 depicts the torque transmission ring in a general view; fig. 2 shows the ring with broken out section compatible with cutting plane; fig. 3 shows the ring with flange provided with fixing holes; fig. 4 shows the ring with a flange and fixing rods; fig. 5 shows operation of the torque transmission ring as a part of equipment embodiment, in which it is used. Fig. 1 and 2 shows the torque transmission ring according to utility model, which consists of the ring 1 itseff with a rolling raceway la, on which the chain rack 2 and flange 3 are rigidly mounted, outside of the ring 1. The side flange 3 is fixed to the edge of ring 1. The rolling raceway la is situated on the internal surface of ring 1.

Preferably, the side flange 3 is additionally provided with holes 4 or fixing rods 5 the purpose of which is to increase the stability of this connection with other elements of the device, and enabling the transmission of greater torques. Fig. 3 shows the torque transmission ring, in which the side flange 3 is provided with fixing holes 4. Fig. 4 shows the torque transmission ring, in which the side flange 3 is provided with fixing rods 5.

In the embodiment, as presented in Fig. 5 operation of the torque transmission ring is realized by imparting the ring 1 of rolling raceway la or side flange 3 with a torque, which is transmitted onto the chain rack 2, which then is driving the bicycle chain. The rolling raceway la takes up the torque from shafts 6, for mating with which it is adopted. The side flange 3 is driven by gear wheel 7, with which it is connected by pressure welding method, and with the use of fixing rods 5.

The utility model can find its application in the equipment, in which the torque is transmitted from the ring of rolling raceway or flange onto the rack. The utility model can find its application as a part of bicycle planetary transmission.
