Abstract:

The purpose of the invention is to provide a torque variation-absorbing device capable of reliably sealing the space holding the elastic members even when affected by a centrifugal force or cooled. The device is provided with: a center plate; side plates disposed to be rotatable with respect to the center plate; elastic members, which are held in the space surrounded by the side plates and which absorb torque variations generated between the side plates and the center plate; cover members that cover the space holding the elastic members from the outside by being fixed to the center plate and slidably contacting the side plates; and a limiting part capable of limiting the deformation of a cover member (25) due to pressure acting on the cover member (25) when the air pressure inside the space holding the elastic members becomes lower than the outside air pressure.
