Abstract:
A torsion beam vehicle suspension provided with a left-right pair of trailing arms, one end of each arm being supported by a chassis and the other end of each arm having a carrier affixed thereto, the pair of trailing arms supporting wheels via the carriers, and a torsion beam that connects the trailing arms. A plurality of fastener holes, into which are inserted fastener members that attach a wheel support member to the carrier, are formed in the carrier, the plurality of fastener holes are arranged such that some of the fastener holes overlap the trailing arms as seen from the axial direction of an axle, and a tool insertion hole is formed through the trailing arms, positioned roughly coaxially with the fastener holes.
