Abstract:
A torsion impact speed accelerating device comprises a main body (1), a chopping board member (2), an impact hammer member (3), a conversion member (4), a mandrel (5) and a throttle nozzle (6). An inner limit boss (7) is fixed at an upper inner side of the main body (1). A drainage member (9) is installed between the inner limit boss (7) and the chopping board member (2). A lower conical annular platform (24) which is a frustum having a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion is disposed at an upper inner side of the throttle nozzle (6). The device has a reasonable and compact structure and is convenient to use. When in use, the device provides an additional impact force to a PDC drill bit through an impact action of the impact hammer member provided to the chopping board member, thereby reducing drill capacity aggregation of the PDC drill bit, preventing the gear tooth breakage of the PDC drill bit occurred during drilling, also preventing the entire drill string from fatigue damage and extending the service life of the PDC drill bit on the condition that the drill speed of the PDC drill bit can be increased.
