Abstract:
Provided is a torsion position clamping pen, comprising a pen barrel front portion (1), a pen refill (2), a pen barrel rear portion (3), a spring (4), and a position clamping component (5), wherein the body of the pen refill (2) is located inside the pen holder front portion (1) and the pen holder rear portion (3); the spring (4) is wrapped around the exterior of the part, close to a pen tip, of the pen refill (2); the pen tip at a front portion of the pen refill (2) can be exposed out of the pen barrel front portion (1) or retracted into same; a rear portion of the pen barrel front portion (1) is connected to the position clamping component (5) in a sleeved manner; the position clamping component (5) is rotatable with respect to the pen barrel front portion (1) and is connected to same in a sleeved manner, and the position clamping component is located inside the pen barrel rear portion (3); the part, being in contact with the pen barrel rear portion (3), of an outer surface of the position clamping component (5) is provided with a polygonal clamping groove (51); an interior of the polygonal clamping groove (51) is further provided with a limiting stop member (52); an inner side wall of the pen barrel rear portion (3) is provided with a piece clamping projection (31); the piece clamping projection (31) is accommodated in the polygonal clamping groove (51), and when the pen barrel rear portion (3) and the pen barrel front portion (1) axially move relative to each other, the piece clamping projection (31) can slide along the periphery of the limiting stop member (52) at the polygonal clamping groove (51), so as to enable the pen tip at the front portion of the pen refill (2) to be exposed out of the pen barrel front portion (1) or retracted into same.
