Abstract:
A torsion spring structure for double-shaft single knife-integrated scissors, comprising: a shearing piece B (4). One shaft hole on the shearing piece B (4) and a first shaft hole on a shearing piece A (12) are aligned and are rotatably connected to a first rotating shaft; another shaft hole on the shearing piece B (4) and a shaft hole on a scissor handle (3) are aligned and are rotatably connected to a rotating shaft; a second shaft hole on the shearing piece A (12) and a shaft hole on an inner piece (11) are aligned and are rotatably connected to a second rotating shaft; a torsion spring is provided between the shearing piece A (12) and the shearing piece B (4); a protrusion (8) at an end portion of the shearing piece A (12) abuts against a limiting block (13). According to the torsion spring structure for double-shaft single knife-integrated scissors, a metal rod on the bottom bone of the scissors is elastically deformed to fix the shearing pieces, and a torsion spring is provided between the shearing pieces to form a shear elastic force of the scissors; thus, use is facilitated by means of such an opening and closing structure.
