Abstract:
A total heat exchange element according to the present invention is formed by layering a liner and a flute, the liner containing 1–10 g/m2 of a desiccant, the flute having a water contact angle of 60°–120° two seconds after dripping, and the total heat exchange element being capable of maintaining superior total heat exchange efficiency.
