Abstract:
A total heat recovery type integrated gas heat pump heat supply unit, comprising: an internal combustion engine (1), a transmission coupler (2), a compressor (3), a condenser (4), an evaporator (6), a fume waste heat recovery device (7), a fume exhaust control valve (8), a fume and air mixing cavity (9), an air inlet window (10), and a housing (11). The internal combustion engine (1), the transmission coupler (2), the compressor (3), and the condenser (4) are connected in sequence, and the evaporator (6) is connected back to the compressor (3); the fume waste heat recovery device (7) is provided on a fume pipeline of the internal combustion engine (1), and the fume and air mixing cavity (9) is communicated with the evaporator (6); two heating water pipelines are provided, the first heating water pipeline exchanges heat with the condenser (4) and the fume waste heat recovery device (7) in sequence, and the second heating water pipeline exchanges heat with the internal combustion engine (1), is converged with the first heating water pipeline, and then supplies high-temperature water to a user. The present invention further provides a method for heating heating water by the total heat recovery type integrated gas heat pump heat supply unit, and an application of the total heat recovery type integrated gas heat pump heat supply unit and method in the field of environmental protection. The limitation of pursuing multi-purpose multi-condition comprehensive energy efficiency ratio in gas heat pump research is abandoned, the summer refrigeration performance coefficient and cold and hot conversion are not taken into consideration anymore, and the existing GHP technology can be successfully applied to a heat supply system using a heating radiator as a tail end.
