Abstract:
A total-tunnel total-process full-section surface deformation monitoring apparatus and method, applicable to the field of tunnel surface deformation monitoring. A measuring station is arranged by using an anchor rope (4); a support frame (12) and a rotary laser measuring device (14) are connected by means of a threaded sleeve (5) at the tail of the anchor rope (4); the rotary laser measuring device (14) is capable of rotating and driving a laser range finder (24) to rotate, so that one measuring station can measure data of multiple sections simultaneously; moreover, by means of computer programming, the measured data is transformed into coordinates of a space coordinate system, so that total-tunnel total-process full-section digital imaging is implemented. The monitoring method has high measurement accuracy and a small manual error, and can intuitively observe dynamic deformation state of a tunnel and accurately give an early warning about the pressure situation of a roof, so technical guarantee is provided for security of underground workers.
