Abstract:
A totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor comprises: a stator (13); a rotor (4); a driving-side bracket (6); an anti-driving side bracket (8) disposed at the other end of a frame (10); a pair of bearings (7, 9) for supporting the driving side (1a) and anti-driving side (1b) of a rotating shaft (1); an external fan (15) disposed outside the anti-driving side bracket (8) and attached to the rotating shaft (1) to send wind to the stator (13); an internal fan (5) disposed within the frame (10) and circulating air within the motor to send wind to the rotor (4) and the stator (13); a disc-shaped radiator (17) disposed inside the driving-side bracket (6) and attached to the rotating shaft (1); a snow protection cover (20) attached to the outside of the driving-side bracket (6); a wind path (18) for guiding part of the cooling wind taken in from the external fan (15) to the driving-side bracket (6) without making contact with the frame (10); and another wind path (19) provided between the driving-side bracket (6) and the snow protection cover (20) and having an outlet (19a) communicating with the wind path (18) and discharging the cooling wind having passed through the wind path (18) to the outside of the motor through the radiator (17).
