Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relates to the technical field of motors, and discloses a totally-enclosed self-ventilated motor cooling structure, comprising a housing, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, a rotor support, a first rotating disc, and a central rotating shaft. The stator assembly, the rotor assembly, and the central rotating shaft are arranged inside the housing; the rotor assembly and the first rotating disc are provided on the central rotating shaft by means of the rotor support; the first rotating disc is located at a non-transmission end of the central rotating shaft; a first fan blade drives air inside the housing to circulate through a rotor ventilation channel, a first inner side cavity, a corner ventilation channel and a second inner side cavity so as to form an inner circulation cooling air path; a second fan blade drives air outside the housing to circulate through a first air inlet, an axial ventilation channel, a stator ventilation channel, and a first air outlet so as to form an outer circulation cooling air path; the outer circulation cooling air path and the inner circulation cooling air path are independent from each other. According to the totally-enclosed self-ventilated motor cooling structure, a good heat dissipation effect can be achieved for rotor iron cores.
