Title:
TOTALLY SOLID SECONDARY CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO1990007198
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention provides a totally solid secondary cell in which an oxide film of a laminated structure represented by the general formula (V2?O5?)x.(A)y.zH2?O (where x + y = 1, 0 < y 0.5, z = 0.1 to 1.6, and A denotes one or more oxides selected from GeO2?, SiO2?, B2?O3?, MoO3?, WO3?, Nb2?O5?, TeO2?, Bi2?O3?, Cr3?O8? and ZrO2?) serves as a positive electrode active material (1), lithium or a lithium alloy serves as a negative electrode active material (2), and an oligoalkyleneoxypolyphosphazene polymer serves as an electrolyte (3). The cell causes neither dendrite formation nor liquid leakage, exhibits excellent charge-discharge characteristics, and can be safely used over a wide temperature range.
