Title:
TOUCH DETECTION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2010110516
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch detection sensor in which an earth terminal performs on/off operation in a grounded state by an elastic repulsion contact of a top sensing bar, and more specifically, a sensing bar (20) protruded to the top inside a housing (10) and an earth terminal (30) coupled with a lead line (8) are combined through elastic repulsive insertion together with a repulsion spring (35), wherein the earth terminal (30) is combined by protrusively forming a soldering unit (32) which consists of a front coupling projection (31) on the front center and concave grooves (33) on the rear center, by inserting an insulation ring (40) contacted with the rear end of the sensing bar into the front-centered coupling projection (31), is combined through soldering by inserting sections of the lead line (8) into the rear-centered concave grooves (33) of the soldering unit (32), and is assembled by combining an insulation member (50) having an internal coupling space part (52) to cover up to the center of the outer circumferential side parts(34) of the earth terminal (30) and the soldering unit (32) in the rear part of the earth terminal (30). Therefore, compared to the prior method for soldering an end section of a lead line on the plane of an earth terminal and coating an insulation material on the earth terminal, the present invention can realize an excellent working efficiency for overall assembling as well as superior productivity.
